Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for most items for purchases in the 50 United States of America, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and return the item to us. We charge a 15% restocking fee for returns, unless it is clear to us that returns are the result of our own errors or omissions (substantially inaccurate descriptions).
Exceptions:
No Returns on Final Sale Items. Items flagged as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.
No Returns on Flipping/Resale Arbitrage: In cases where it is evident, in our sole discretion, that return requests are the result of failed attempts at "flipping," resale arbitrage, or precious metals speculation, we must refuse returns (normally, this behavior is identified pre-order and orders are cancelled).
No Large Order or Multiple Item Returns: Returns of very large orders, multiple items from orders, entire orders, or multiple orders in their majority or entirety will be refused.
To start a return, please log in to your account at Blingoria.com and use the automated ordering/return system, or contact us via email or phone if the automated return policies do not allow an automated return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving a return authorization will not be accepted for return.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, etc. We will pursue insurance claims on such items. We will try to refund as fast as possible on your behalf, but please understand that we are facilitating such refunds as advances to you as a courtesy and facilitating insurance claims on your behalf only out of convenience, since we arranged them and have more experience with them. Technically, the buyer is liable for these items once in transit.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
